Manufacturing Time

We are a made to order furniture manufacturer. Our standard lead time is 6-8 weeks from the date the order was placed until it is ready to ship.  We make every effort to ship orders as soon as they are ready, however cannot make guarantees they will be ready to ship before our standard lead time.  

Order Cancellation

We understand circumstances sometimes change, requiring an order to be cancelled.  Since we are a made to order furniture manufacturer a cancellation fee of 30% may be applied to any cancelled order.  Please call our customer service team at (800) 979-4579 for help with cancelling an order.

Standard Shipping and Processing
We make every effort possible to minimize shipping costs. Our shipping and processing rates cover the expenses we incur in processing your order, packing the purchased item(s), transportation and related overhead. Standard rates are based on the merchandise total charge for each delivery address.

Most items are shipped from our manufacturing facility in Sanford, NC. The majority of the furniture items are oversize and typically take longer to deliver and sometimes require special treatment as detailed below.  Typical delivery time after being shipped from our manufacturing facility are 10-20 business days.

Levels of Delivery

For your convenience we offer three different levels of furniture delivery to your home or office.  Prices will vary based on items being purchased and delivery level.

  • Inside Delivery - Delivery personnel will bring all of your furniture into your home, just inside the threshold of the front door.  Boxes will not be opened, and any furniture that requires assembly will not be assembled.  
  • Room of Choice - Delivery personnel will bring all of your furniture into your home, and into the room you would like the furniture.  Boxes will not be opened, and any furniture that requires assembly will not be assembled.
  • Full Installation & Assembly - Also known as 'White Glove' service, every piece will be brought into the room of your choice, all pieces will be unboxed and assembled.  All packaging materials will be removed when your new furniture is set up how you would like.  Please note, assembly of Bunk Beds may not be available.

While we make every effort to ensure your furniture is delivered in perfect condition, occasionally freight damage may occur.  If your furniture is damaged, please notate so on your proof of delivery at time of delivery.  Please contact our Customer Service Center by calling (800) 605-2130 Monday thru Friday 9am to 5pm EST. and one of our sales associates will be happy to assist you.

Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories
If you wish to place an order shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or U.S. Territories, please do so through our Customer Service Center by calling (800) 605-2130 Monday thru Friday 9am to 5pm EST and one of our sales associates will be happy to assist you.

Delivery to APO/FPO Addresses
If you wish to place an order shipping to an APO or FPO address, please do so through our Customer Service Center by calling (800) 605-2130 Monday thru Friday 9am to 5pm EST. and one of our sales associates will be happy to assist you.

Order Delay
If you wish to place an order but delay shipment to a later date, please do so through our Customer Service Center by calling (800) 605-2130 Monday thru Friday 9am to 5pm EST. and one of our sales associates will be happy to assist you.

International Orders
At present, we do not ship orders or mail catalogs to addresses in Canada or other countries.

Delivery Policy

  • Prior to your delivery, please have the area cleared where your new furniture is to be placed.  Delivery personnel will not disassemble or remove old furniture or mattresses.  
  • We will confirm an approximate delivery time prior to the delivery. Every effort will be made to arrive within this time period.
  • Please notify your salesperson if your new furniture needs to be carried up stairs. Furniture will only be brought up stairs if it is indicated on the order acknowledgement, invoice or sales receipt.
  • Delivery personnel are prohibited from re-locating your existing furniture or household items.
  • If you are not home during the specified delivery time a second delivery charge may apply.
  • This End Up and its delivery subcontractors assume no liability for inadequate delivery access.
  • Storage fees will be added to invoice if merchandise has not been picked up or delivered within fifteen (15) days after the original scheduled delivery time.
