Return Policy
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please contact us within 5 days of receipt of your purchase.
All Items must be returned in new, unused, resalable condition, and in manufacturer's original packaging. Exceptions include merchandise sold “as-is” or from our discounted/discontinued section or Fabric Yardage, which are noted as non-returnable. Shipping, handling and delivery charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs will be at the customer's expense. Returns will be inspected once received by This End Up Furniture Co. prior to issuing credit. Original shipping costs may be waived if exchanging for another item of greater value. Additionally, the following policies apply to all returns and exchanges:
- Returns with the original purchase receipt will be exchanged or refunded in the original tender.
- Returns without the original purchase receipt, including gift-registry returns, will be exchanged or refunded at the current selling price in the form of a merchandise credit.
Custom orders can not be returned due to their unique nature. Fabric yardage and/or Fabric by the yard is nonreturnable/nonrefundable.
