Return & Refund Policy
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please contact us within 5 days of receipt of your purchase. Items must be returned in new, unused and resalable condition, and in original packaging. Exceptions include merchandise sold “as-is” or from our discounted/discontinued selection which are noted as non-returnable. Shipping and handling and delivery charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs will be at the customer's expense. Returns will be inspected once received by This End Up Furniture Co. prior to issuing credit. Original shipping costs may be waived if exchanging for another item of same or greater value. Additionally, the following policies apply to all returns and exchanges:
- Returns with the original purchase receipt will be exchanged or refunded in the original tender.
- Returns without the original purchase receipt, including gift-registry returns, will be exchanged or refunded at the current selling price in the form of a merchandise credit.
Custom orders can not be returned due to their unique nature.
