We accept MasterCard or VISA. At this time, online ordering is not available. Taxes State and local sales taxes will be added to purchases shipped to addresses within North Carolina, Texas and Pennsylvania. Shipping of Furniture Item pricing does not include shipping, set-up or installation. We ship furniture orders within the contiguous 48 states. Depending on the size and weight of item(s), orders are shipped via UPS Ground, common carrier, or with a furniture consolidator. Items ordered together may not arrive in the same box or at the same time. Orders typically ship from our facility within 6 to 8 weeks after the order is placed. Orders sent by a furniture consolidator will typically arrive 2 to 20 days after leaving our facility. Please ask a sales associate for set-up and installation prices. Once an order is placed, cancellations will result in a $25 fee. Please make your selections carefully. Once an order has been shipped from the factory, it is subject to a 30% cancellation fee. Returns Furniture returns are only accepted within 30 days of receiving the item. The furniture must be shipped back to our factory at the purchaser's expense. Items must be in the original packaging and returned via a secured carrier approved by This End Up® Furniture Co., Inc. The furniture must be received by our factory in new condition. Once received by our factory, a credit will be issued for the total of the item less a 30% cancellation fee. Shipping fees are non-refundable. This return policy only applies to our furniture items. It does not apply to our replacement cushion program. Bunk Bed Safety Were serious about bunk bed safety! All This End Up® bunk beds are constructed from durable furniture-grade pine with smooth and rounded edges to ensure years of dependability. Our beds come with complete assembly instructions and safety guidelines. Ensure that the instructions and guidelines are thoroughly followed. When selecting a mattress from your local retailer, choose a mattress or platform that conforms to industry dimension guidelines for bunk safety: standard length 74 inches to 75 inches and width 37 1/2 inches to 38 1/2 inches. Ensure thickness of mattress and foundation combined does not exceed 10 and the mattress is at least 5 below upper edge of the guard rails. To help prevent serious or fatal injuries from entrapment or fails: Do not allow children under 6 years of age to use the upper bunk. Use guardrails on both sides of the upper bunk. Prohibit horseplay on or under bed(s). Prohibit more than one person on the upper bunk. Use ladder for entering or leaving upper bunk. If the bunk bed is placed next to the wall, the guardrail that runs the full length of the bed should be placed against the wall to prevent entrapment between the bed and the wall.
